|  Day 1 : Arriver Saigon - Cao Lanh
From the airport by 24-seat AC van to the Mekong Delta town of Cao Lanh. Eat banh xeo, a delicious yellow crepe made with egg and rice flour, with minced meat and vegetables inside, eaten with lovely tasty herbs, some of which are only grown in the delta region. Sleep in a hotel in Cao Lanh.
Day 2 : Morning - Visit Xeo Quit
Re-creation of National Liberation Front (NLF) HQ during the war. Afternoon - transfer to the charming river town of Hong Ngu. Will stop at the T- juntion of Voi Lua ferry and cycle to Hong Ngu via the Holy Religious See of the Hoa Hao Buddhist sect. It is fun to sit outside at night after our delicious delta food supper. Sleep in Hong Ngu at a family-run hotel. The hotel rules in English are hysteric ally funny!
Day 3: Long Khanh – Cu Lao
All day - Visit Long Khanh and Cu Lao Tay islands in the Mekong River. Very rustic. Can go by bicycle-pulled carriage or we can cycle. The people are fantastic. Nice pagodas, both Cao Dai sect and a very old Vietnamese Buddhist temple. Ride to Long Xuyen, have delicious chicken and shrimp and sleep in a big hotel.
Day 4: Can Tho
Ride in van to junction with lovely 44-km. road to Tri Ton, in the magical Seven Mountains area, a nice change from the flat delta countryside. Ride after lunch to the shrine of the Viet Nam ’Killing Fields’ by Khmer Rouge invaders in April 1978 at Ba Chuc Village. Transfer to Can Tho. Sleep at a pleasant resort. 
Day 5 :Saigon Depart
Transfer back to Ho Chi Minh City. It is roughly a 5-6-hour journey through the delta across the Australian My Thuan bridge over the Mekong, back to the big city. Sleep at a hotel in HCM City or transfer to airport.

Our fees include airport meet, bicycles, guide, air-con transport van, hotel or guesthouse accommodation, double-occupancy twin-share basis, 3 meals per day, water, and transport scheduled within our sojourns. Some items excluded are: medical care, alcoholic drinks, onward transportation, lost or damaged property kept with guest. Non-cyclists are always more than welcome to join!

Summary
Cambodia
boasts a rich culture with its many ancient temples and impressive
natural scenery, such as the empty beaches, mighty rivers and the
remote forests. Travel to Cambodia will always be high on anybody's
travel list as it offers the fabulous temples of Angkor Wat, long
considered one of the greatest human achievements of ancient architecture
and sculpture.
Laos
is laid-back, exotic, beautifull and welcoming, almost half of this
mountainous country is still covered in forest. Travellers find
that this peaceful Buddhist land reminds them of an Asia from times
long past.
