|  Day 1: Ho Chi Minh City – Vinh Long – Can Tho (50 Km Biking).
Morning drive to Vinh Long. Bike around the City of Vinh Long. After lunch, bike from Vinh Long to the village of Ba Ke. At Ba Ke, take a break before continuing onto Tam Binh. At Ba Cang intersection, turn back to highway No.1 to Can Tho. On arrival, check in hotel. Dinner is at Nam Bo restaurant. Overnight in Can Tho.
Day 2: Can Tho Loop (30 Km Biking).
Early morning shuttle to Binh Thuy with our bike. At Binh Thuy, bike along the riverbank and shady paved road. After 30 km, we stop at My Khanh orchard to have lunch. Continue biking to Cai Rang Bridge and shuttle back to the hotel. Balance of the day is at leisure. Dinner is at the hotel. Overnig ht in Can Tho.
Day 3: Can Tho – Thot Not – Chau Doc (Road) (30 – 50 Km Biking).
Morning take an hour boat cruise (bikes are left in our shuttle) along the lower part of the Mekong River (Hau Giang) visiting the busy floating market of Cai Rang. At 10:30 am., we pedal from this garden taking the Vong Cung well-paved countryside road with Arch-shape (My Khanh area) for about 30 km. The road is really shady with banana and green bamboo trees growing all the way long on 2 sides of the road, especially the Mekong River is blending its way on the left hand side along with this road until we reach thea National Highway 91. From here, shuttle to Chau Doc with a short hike of 25 minutes into the Bang Lang Stock sanctuary to watch the lively activities of stocks coming back home for the night. After that, drive directly to Chau Doc and enjoy the sunset on the top of Sam Mountain . Dinner is at the hotel. Overnight in Chau Do c
Day 4: Chau Doc Loop (40 Km Biking).
Shuttle and bike the loop of 40 km around Nui Sam and from there to Tri Ton – Ba Chuc with visit to the Cavern Pagoda en route. The main views are hills, mountains, rivers and Cambodian pagodas along the way. After lunch in Tri Ton, drive back to Chau Doc and take a boat cruise on the Mekong River to visit the floating fish farms and the Islamic Cham people. Dinner is at hotel. Overnight in Chau Doc.
Day 5: Chau Doc – Sa Dec (30 Km Biking) – My Tho.
Early morning shuttle and bike 30 km to Sadec via Vam Cong ferry, visiting Rose Garden en route. After lunch in Vinh Long, shuttle to My Tho City. On arrival transfer to the hotel and the rest of the day is free at l eisure. Dinner is at a local restaurant. Overnight in My Tho.
Day 6: My Tho – Tan An (30 Km Biking) – Ho Chi Minh City.
Leave the hotel on our bike and ride along the paved road through the rice fields via Cho Gao. En route stop for interacting with farmers working on the rice paddies. On arrival in Tan An town, we end our trip and freshen up for lunch before shuttling back to Ho Chi Minh City.
