|  Day 01: Saigon - Cantho
Depart from your hotel in an air conditioned motor coach or mini van and proceed to Vinh Long via My Tho. In My Tho visit the Dong Tam Snake Farm. Cross the upper Mekong river on the new suspension bridge, the only bridge over the Mekong river. Lunch at the Vinh Long restaurant. Stop at Caivan Quay, about 2 km from the main ferry station, from where you will take a boat ride on a Mekong River canal. Along the banks of the canal you will view hut houses, nursery gardens and soya bean paper mills, before crossing the lower Mekong River to Can Tho where you will stay at the new Victoria Can Tho Hotel.
Day 02: Cantho – Chau Doc
After breakfast at the hotel you will visit the Floating Market of Phung Hiep south of Can Tho. From there you will be driven along the Mekong River west to Long Xuyen and lunch. From there on to Chau Doc, 2 km from the Cambodian border, where you will have the chance to walk up Sam Mountain. The mountain is full of temples and pagodas, with a spectacular view into Cambodia. Overnight stay and dinner at the recently opened Victoria Chau Doc Hotel on the Mekong River.
Day 03: Chau Doc - Saigon
After breakfast at the Victoria Hotel, you will be taken on a boat ride to the floating houses and their fish farms. You will also view the Cham hamlet of Chau Giang and the domed and arched Mosque which serves the local Cham Muslim community. After lunch, you will return to Ho Chi Minh City.
